We understand that Landlords may not always look to let their asset out on a long term tenancy, and short lets can be better suited to the property. The team at Lismore has experience both in short lets on a one and two night basis, as well as longer corporate stays and festival letting in Edinburgh.

Our market appraisal of each property will consider all the options available based on presentation, location and practicalities. We believe in transparency and will give you feedback as to what is required to present your property for short lets and give you regular guest feedback so we can be sure the property is performing as well as possible.
Short lets can run all year round, or allow personal use of an asset for yourself, family and friends, and then we can let it out appropriately at other points. As a Landlord you may be on the other side of the world or close by, so we work with you to cover all that might be required - check in's, cleaning , laundry and guest support as well as 24/7 cover.

Festival Lets.
It might be that you are only looking to let out your property for the Edinburgh Festival, and that’s right up our street. We have excellent connections with festival professionals who return year after year, and are looking for a home from home experience while they are in Edinburgh.
Location is key, properties in the city centre are highly sought after as well as those in and around the Meadows, Southside, the New Town and Stockbridge. The dates for 2022 have been confirmed, and if you are considering letting for the festival then we would be delighted to help.
